HOW TO REGISTER

REGISTRATION FOR THE AUCA ADMISSIONS EXAMS

American University of Central Asia offers the AAE at the AUCA Campus in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The AAE is only valid for admission to AUCA and cannot be used for admissions to any other institution. All three AUCA Admissions Exam must be taken on the same exam date, and applicants may only submit the results of exams taken on test date when applying for admission to the university.

To register for the AAE, students must submit the following documents to the Admissions Office at least 3 days prior to the AAE Date:

Participant registration form (available in the Office of Admissions, Room 111)

Original and photocopy of Passport (or Birth Certificate and photo id if a student does not have a passport)

1 color photograph 3 x 4 cm (white background)

Receipt for 1000 Kyrgyz Soms (OR $25 US Dollars) for the AUCA Admissions Exam Fee

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each applicant for the AAE must register in-person

The Office of Admission Staff must confirm the identity of each test-taker

Each applicant must complete the AAE Registration Form and provide necessary 3 x 4 cm photographs

Each applicant will be given a registration number for the AAE

Registration for the AAE ends 3 days prior to the date of examination or earlier if all seats are filled

Registered applicants are allowed to sit only for the specified AAE Date for which they registered

On the date of the AAE, applicants are admitted to the test site based on verification of personal documents (passport or birth certificate are required to enter the test)
