Students are expected to take no more than 18 credits each semester. The remaining credits during the first two semesters may be taken in Kyrgyz and English. It is desirable that students complete the required cycle of language, critical and computer skills courses during their first year of study. Freshmen

By the end of their second year, students are expected to complete general education courses listed below: either two introductory courses in the field of social sciences: Intro to Sociology, Psychology, or Political Science; or one course in natural sciences, and two courses in the humanities.
