Rules for Student Senate Elections
Information for students:
1. Only full-time students from all departments and years can submit his/her candidacy.
2. Preparatory year student also can submit his/her candidacy but will have only a consultative voice. Prep elections will be held locally only for prep students.
3. Each candidate should fill in an application form and bring it to the student coordinator (104 room).
The Application Form consists of:
1. Full information about the candidate (GPA, E-mail, Department and etc…)
2. One colored photo – sized 3X4
3. Proposal of the program for one academic year.
4. A Motivation Letter (no more than 500 words)
5. A list of at least 50 students supporting his/her candidacy (name, e-mails and signature are required info in the list).
Deadline: Deadline for submitting an application form is the 21st of October till 12:00. No applications
past deadline will be accepted.
The Campaign starts exactly from the 14th of October and will end on the 2nd of November. After this
time and date the campaign is
not allowed! All promotional and agitation posters must be removed around University by candidates and their observers.
The Elections will take place on the 3rd of November from 9:00 to 18:00, in Bravo. The results will be announced on the same day. Voters must show their IDs (or other documents identifying his/her personality) in order to vote.
Each Voter has a right to vote for TWO candidates from the one bulletin.
