Goal of the program: Introduction to the concepts of audience and the provisions of finance, financial and managerial accounting. This course presents the most important issues of finance, accounting, control, financial investments, analyzing information to make financial decisions. The acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that will allow you to analize financial and management activities, to make informed management decisions that enhance the effectiveness of managers and the organization itself.

Target group: Potential managers, line managers, middle managers.

Expected results of the program: Acquisition and improvement of skills in reading and analyzing financial information, the ability to make financial and management decisions based on practical methods.

Classification and measurement of inventories. Types and forms of payment. The main types of cash payments. Procedure for the preparation and approval of reports. Tax accounting and its features.
