Non-Academic Offices

AUCA Non-Academic staff support the work of the University outside the classroom in fields as diverse as IT, Finance, Student Life, Legal Representation, and more.

Information Technology (IT)

The IT Department's mission is to provide the information technology required for the fulfillment of the AUCA mission in an efficient and effective manner through development, procurement, implementation, operation and support of computing infrastructure and services.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Office is responsible for the management and processing of all scholarships, awards, and grants that are used to fund the education of today's students and tomorrow's leaders.


The AUCA Attorney advises the university on all legal matters.

Student Life Office

Extracurricular Activities such as the 'Mirrors' Theater group, AUCA 'New Star' student newspaper, Student Senate, and other dent important out-of-classroom learning experiences fall within the purview of the Office of Student Life and Dean Nikolay Shulgin.
