AUCA's Grant Office and Financial Office work closely to manage over $10 million in grants to the university. AUCA has the ability to produce updated financial reporting as required, and Jacobs Audit conducts an independent, annual audit of its entire finances. Furthermore, AUCA works with its staff and faculty to make sure that they adhere to local and international regulations on expenditures.
AUCA is also positioned to cost share with grant organizations on many fronts. AUCA has limited resources, but strives to be an equal partner in developing projects.
The AUCA administrative rate is 15%.
AUCA is tax exempt in the United States. Please use this Tax Exempt Status Letter as evidence. Certain taxes in the Kyrgyz Republic may apply to grant applications. Please check with the Development Office for clarification.
