Training objectives:
Structure and prepare effective presentations;
Improve your communication skills;
Enhance your presentation skills;
Deliver effective and powerful presentations.

Training outcomes:

To organize content and order of presentation for maximum impact;
To deliver memorable, relevant and impressive presentation.

Training design:

All of the powerful public speaking techniques and the key presentation tools discussed in the training are combined with exercises, small groups' practices, preparation session and group delivery a set of short video taped presentations with review each of the tapes and feedback.

11.35 - 12.55	Structuring the Speech Principles of module organization. The primacy and recency effects. Structure. Introduction. Attention grabber. Body. Conclusion. Connectives. Organizational patterns. Monroe's Motivated Sequence Pattern. Visual aids. 10-20-30 rule. Exercises
12.55 - 13.55	Lunch
13.55 - 15.15	Delivery. First impression. Body language. Position, posture, movement, eye contact, gestures. Speech. Voice projection techniques: volume, speed, modulation, pause, clarity. The rule of three. Positioning your ideas for your audience and involving your audience. Dealing with questions. Exercises.
