AUCA Open Doors 2026!
17 февраля 2026

On February 14, Valentine’s Day, AUCA hosted Open Doors Day, welcoming prospective students and their parents to explore academic opportunities and experience the university’s vibrant atmosphere.
The event was officially opened by AUCA President Timothy O'Connor, who delivered a warm welcoming speech. He emphasized that AUCA’s educational programs are closely tied to practical applications. The curriculum includes project-based learning, real case analysis, and internships in both local and international organizations. He noted that the university does not impose a single predefined academic path. Instead, AUCA equips students with the necessary tools, experience, and guidance, allowing them to design their own educational and professional journeys based on their individual interests and ambitions. The President concluded by noting that AUCA helps students develop adaptability and open-mindedness, which are essential skills for navigating the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
The event brought together faculty members, current students, and admissions representatives, creating an open and friendly space. Guests were invited to attend presentations by each department, where academic programs, concentrations, and career pathways were introduced. Representatives spoke about curriculum structure, internship opportunities, international mobility, and the professional achievements of AUCA graduates.
One of the most engaging aspects of the event was that much of the information was delivered directly by current students. They shared their academic journeys, spoke about their chosen concentrations, research projects, exchange experiences, and extracurricular involvement. Future applicants had the opportunity to ask honest, practical questions and receive answers from those who are already studying in the programs.
Campus tours allowed visitors to explore classrooms, the library, the kitchenette, and student spaces, giving them a clearer understanding of everyday life at AUCA. In addition, detailed information was provided about admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities. International exchange programs and global partnerships were highlighted as important components of the AUCA experience.
The event concluded with a performance by the student theater “Mirrors,” which brought energy and creativity to the final part of the day and left guests with a memorable impression of AUCA’s dynamic campus life.
