Manon Mazuir, an exchange student from Sciences Po in France, tells us about her exchange experience at American University of Central Asia (AUCA).

April 5, 2016, a group of representatives of Polish universities and the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education met with chair of the psychology department Elena Kim, international student coordinator Iliyas Mamadiyarov, and coordinator of academic affairs Nazgul Koilubaeva to discuss potential academic collaboration and the development of exchange programs between Polish universities and AUCA.

March 2 and 3, 2016, two representatives from the U.S. Department of State in Kabul, Grants Program Specialist Lynn Walroth and Cultural Affairs Assistant Janet Thompson, visited AUCA. The goal of their visit was to checkup on existing policies and discuss ideas for the future of the partnership.

Ian Gorog is a European Studies Professor at AUCA. This year he is teaching The concept of European Sustainable Development, Social Europe, European Union Law and Human Rights (a course co-taught with Nicholas Mazik), Political Communication, and New Mass Media.
