ICP department invites everyone to take part in an International Crisis Game on the topic "Crisis in Ukraine"

announces

call for participation in

(International Crisis Game)

Crisis in Ukraine

The department would like to provide an opportunity for students who major in political sciences or international relations (or those who like to study these areas) to share their expertise and to foster open debate on today’s most important international issues. This time the crisis game will be devoted to the ongoing issues in and around Ukraine, and each team will have to propose their visions on development in regard to this. This event intends to raise the awareness of students about the nature of conflicts, better understand various political aspects and behavior of actors in the region, analyze wider international context of the ongoing conflict, as well as give possibility to improve their leadership skills.

The game is open to any English language speaking student from universities in Bishkek (and beyond).

 

The topic – Crisis in Ukraine  

Time – April 4-5, 2015 (Saturday, and half day of Sunday) 

Venue – American University of Central Asia

Language - English

 

Those interested should write a note of interest to icp@auca.kg by March 18, 2014.

Participants would be assigned to countries/actors/teams a week before the game and would need to prepare accordingly.

Details and instructions of the game will be communicated to the registered teams via e-mail.
