This Memorandum of Understanding outlines the cooperation between the two partners: High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic and the American University of Central Asia

American University of Central Asia (AUCA) is an international, multi-disciplinary learning community in the American liberal arts tradition. Its curriculum includes university preparation, undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition to its top-flight academic programs, AUCA is committed to freedom of expression, critical inquiry and academic honesty.  With regard to this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), AUCA is represented by the School of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (SEBA), the Applied Science Division (Software Engineering Department) (SFW) and the Law Division (LAW).

            The High Technology Park of Kyrgyz Republic (HTP) is dedicated to advancing technology and software development industry, attracting investments into IT sector, and fostering computer science and education in the Kyrgyz Republic. Residents of the HTP receive a number of government preferences to effectively participate in the global value chains.
