Erasmus+ National Office in Kyrgyzstan Gives a High Rating to AUCA New Interdisciplinary Program “TALENT”

On October 15, 2020, AUCA “Talent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations” program presented the results of its achievements as part of the planned monitoring of Erasmus+ National Office. It was noted that the AUCA TALENT team is one of the strongest academic teams in Kyrgyzstan, which participates in the implementation of educational projects of the Erasmus+ network.

For the period of 2018-2020 our team has developed a new unique interdisciplinary program that has no analogues in the republic. The first cohort of students started their studies this semester. Students take such courses as Talent Management, Work, Organization and Society, Employment Law, and Research Methods in Talent Management. AUCA master’s program "Talent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations " is a member of the international educational consortium of universities in Central Asia and Europe, funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
