CEC Week: Meet Janyl Saparbekova

"My name is Janyl Saparbekova and I am a program coordinator in Continuing Education Center.

Upon my return from USA as a FLEX, I was supposed to continue my studies at my school, but things have changed in a couple of months. I passed all of the school exams and quickly applied to AUCA.Fortunately, I got accepted and spent four wonderful years of study, fun, and hard work. And in 2008 I graduated from American Studies department.

AUCA is a whole different world, full of energy, love, smiles and friendly people. There is certainly a unique spirit of AUCA, which makes everyone want to study and work here. That’s why I studied here and now continue working.

As a junior I started working at the Continuing Education Center as a part-time assistant. It was my first job and I really liked it. Everyday you meet a lot of interesting people here: prospective students, adults, AUCA alumni and staff, and all of them want to learn and develop further. After graduation I was offered a full-time job at CEC and I gladly agreed.

Currently I am working as a program coordinator of CEC. We have a wide variety of programs, but I am mainly responsible for business and language courses. If you want to learn Spanish, Russian, Kyrgyz and English, then you are always welcome to come here. Our professional teachers and friendly staff will make your experience the most memorable one.
