A first-year Economics student at the AUCA, Nurai Sovetbekova, has won the Open Bishkek Chess Championship 2026, once again demonstrating her exceptional skill and leadership among Kyrgyzstan’s young athletes.

On March 27, Professor of General Education at the AUCA, Dr. Uulkan Kambaralieva, presented her book “Kyrgyz Language and Literature” at the Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev. The event brought together respected guests, faculty members, and students who gathered to celebrate the publication and its contribution to the development of the Kyrgyz language and national culture.

  The Organizing Committee of the International Issyk-Kul Forum – 40 is looking for proactive, language-skilled interns to join our coordination team for the upcoming forum, scheduled for June 18–21, 2026.

    The American University of Central Asia (AUCA) hosted a distinguished session of the ICP Ambassador Talks featuring Mr. Kim Kwangjae on March 18th, who delivered a comprehensive lecture on the development of bilateral relations between the Republic of Korea and the Kyrgyz Republic.

On March 19, 2026, Dr. Mairambek Nurgaziev from the Department of Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science (ESCS) in the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), in collaboration with the World People United (WPU) Corporation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea, installed solar street lights and solar floor lamps on the AUCA campus.

The results of the STREAM 2026 competition, which annually unites talented and motivated students seeking to reach their potential and become part of the American University community in Central Asia, have been summed up.
