Diyora Rafieva: I decided to do double major, because I wanted to take advantage of the opportunities offered at AUCA
Diyora Rafieva graduated from AUCA in two majors: European Studies (2012) and International and Business Law (2013). She shares the challenges while graduating and how much the sacrifices were worth it at the end. After successfully completing the dual degree Diyora now works for NATO and recently became a mother, which is the happiest and proudest moment of her life.

AUCA student's exchange semester adventure abroad in Europe- Laziz Abdulazizov, Liberal Arts and Sciences
Laziz Abdulazizov, a sophomore student of Liberal Arts and Sciences at AUCA, is currently studying at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in Norway. Even though it is not the first time he lives abroad far from his family and friends, life in Norway feels totally different.

AUCA awarded its Talents for their victory in a Chess contest
Chess – became one of the famous sport classes at AUCA and students always enjoy learning and playing it. We have very good success and improvement on chess.  Last year, AUCA chess teams participated in the Republican Universiada and male team won 2nd place and female team 3rd place.
