Bishkek is a very progressive city. I was impressed by the level of education here and the cooperation of women alongside men in order to have a better quality of life. I like and appreciate the culture of tolerance and diversity here. I believe that education is the only thing which enlightens people’s hearts and minds.

Nurzat Rakhmanberdieva became the SILC awardee and attended the Grace Hopper Conference for Women in Computing held in Arizona, USA.

In March 8th, 2015 students of Business Administration from AUCA visited the World Business Dialogue in Cologne, Germany, which is one of the largest international student-run business conventions worldwide.

Within 1,5 month AUCA held a photo contest "Moments at AUCA" where more than 60 users of social media took part. March 28th was the last day of voting. Summing up all the votes, the winners of the contest became: 

Chess – became one of the famous sport classes at AUCA and students always enjoy learning and playing it. We have very good success and improvement on chess.  Last year, AUCA chess teams participated in the Republican Universiada and male team won 2nd place and female team 3rd place.
