AUCA Remote IT support Service for COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 AUCA is switching Distance learning and it will require remote support for AUCA Faculty, Staff and Students.

1) Help Desk and Ticketing
To use help desk service please send an email to it@auca.kg mailbox with detailed explanation of problem or request.
Our system will generate a ticket from your mail request and your request will be resolved by the IT support team.

2) Hotline support by WhatsApp
If you have an URGENT issue you can access the IT support stuff by WhatsApp Group. But please use this option only for URGENT requests.
