Saikal has a rich working experience in leading IT companies such as Microsoft and Meta, as well as other international companies and organizations such as Edgravity, Central Asian Youth Network (CAYN), United Nations Peacebuilding Fund Secretariat, etc. She is skilled in project management, data collection and analysis, organizational and communication skills required in a professional environment.
She got her master's degree at the University of Warwick on Program and Project Management, which is in the top 10 universities of the UK. She was also a Chevening scholar.
