MINOR REQUIREMENTS
APPLIED MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS MINOR POLICY
- The AMI department offers a minor degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics for students of other departments interested in mathematical modeling in natural and social sciences. Students must obtain the approval of the chair of their major program and the chair of the Applied Mathematics and Informatics department.
- To apply for a minor, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in their major.
- To earn the Minor degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics, students must earn a total of 42 credits and complete the courses listed in the table below:
