On April 30, 2015, the First Year Seminar presented the classic drama, The Medea by Euripides. First performed in the fifth century BCE, the play explores the psychology of revenge as represented in the saga of Medea and her husband, the Greek hero Jason. The drama was presented in an unedited and unexpurgated form, using a translation of Euripides' original Greek text. It is planned to produce a significant theatrical performance in the spring term of each year.
