Workshop "How to Integrate PMP into the Project"

 

On January 16, 2025, a workshop was held for ACEP leaders on the topic "How to Integrate PMP into the Project." The speaker was Dilshod Norov, C5+1 Youth Council Alumni Coordinator.During the session, participants were introduced to the significance of the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) in project monitoring and evaluation. Key methodologies and tools for developing and implementing PMP were presented, along with practical examples of its successful application in various projects. Additionally, strategies for improving project monitoring efficiency and achieving planned outcomes were discussed. The workshop was conducted in an interactive format, with participants actively engaging, asking questions, and sharing their experiences in project management.
