American University of Central Asia - AUCA - Other Types of Financial Aid

OTHER TYPES

AUCA is trying to make higher education accessible to everyone. In addition to need and merit based financial aids, our university provides discounts to siblings, orphans and students with disabilities.

Financial Aid for Siblings

Amount: 50% tuition for one of the two siblings.

These discounts apply to students who have brother(s) or sister(s) already studying full-time at AUCA. This discount is need-blind so there is no requirement for the student to submit proof of financial need. These discounts are automatically renewable as long as all the siblings maintain an overall GPA of at least 2.7, and remain full-time students. As a result of brother(s) or sister(s) leaving the University and the student being the only full-time sibling left, the discount will be withdrawn, but the student may still apply for a need-based award.

Financial Aid for Students with Disabilities

Amount: up to 90% tuition reduction

Available to applicants who are accepted into one of AUCA’s departments as a full-time student, maintain an overall GPA at least 2.7 during the period of study and can demonstrate both financial need, and documents confirming a disability category of 1 or 2.

Financial Aid for Orphans

Amount: up to 90% tuition reduction

Available to applicants who are accepted into one of AUCA’s undergraduate programs as a full-time student, maintain an overall GPA of at least 2.7 during the period of study and can demonstrate both financial need and documents confirming that the applicant is an orphan.
